治疗性三氧化二砷注射液对大鼠周围神经病理的影响研究

目的:研究治疗剂量的三氧化二砷(ATO)注射液引起大鼠周围神经损伤的病理学演变,为临床安全、合理应用三氧化二砷注射液提供依据。方法:用ATO注射液给大鼠腹腔注射,观察不同时间段大鼠周围神经光镜下组织学及透射电镜下超微结构的变化及其演变。结果:实验组:30天神经滋养血管不同程度充血扩张、神经元细胞内尼氏体轻度减少,线粒体絮状、空泡变性;60天神经纤维轴索变性和节段性脱髓鞘明显;90天神经纤维轴索变性和节段性脱髓鞘部分恢复、滋养血管扩张明显减轻、尼氏体明显恢复、胞质内线粒体变性部分恢复。结论:治疗性ATO注射液引起的周围神经损伤的病理变化发生率较高,其程度较轻微,但其持续时间较长、恢复缓慢。

Study on the Effects of Arsenic Trioxide(ATO) to Pathology of Peripheral Nerve of Rats

Objective:Study on the effects of Arsenic trioxide(ATO)to Pathology of peripheral nerve of rats.Methods:To inject Arsenic trioxide into the rats celiac.To observer the histological and microstructural changes of peripheral nerve of injected rats.Results:Nerve nourish vein vasodilated and congested in different degree,Nissl body gently reduced and denaturalization of mitochondria after thirty.Axis cylinder withered and segmental demyelination were evident after sixty.Axis cylinder withered and segmental demyelination and denaturalization of mitochondria came back in part,nerve nourish vein vasodilation and congestion evidently lightened and Nissl body renewed after 90 day.Conclusions:It was higher that Arsenic trioxide(ATO)led to generant rate of pathologic trauma of peripheral nerve in rats,but it was smaller in degree and peripheral nerve renew slowly after trauma.
