胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:目的探讨胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法采用自制反流液灌胃建立实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠模型,以吗叮啉为对照,观察胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学和胃黏膜SOD活性、MDA含量的影响。结果模型组大鼠胃黏膜出现明显破损、脱落,黏膜下可见大量炎性细胞浸润,大部分大鼠胃黏膜可见不典型增生和肠上皮化生,同时SOD活性明显降低,MDA含量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组均可明显改善实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学,升高SOD活性,降低MDA含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论胃炎饮可调节自由基代谢,抗氧化损伤,保护实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜。

The effect of Weiyanyin on the free radical metabolism of gastric mucosal in experimental bile reflux gastritis rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Weiyanyin on the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) in gastric mucosal of experimental bile reflux gastritis rats. Methods The experimental bile reflux gastritis model was induced with intragastrie self-made reflux liquid. In model rats,the effect of Weiyanyin on pathological histology,the activity of SOD and the content of MDA were detected,and compared with control group which administrated domperidone. Results The gastric mucosal of model rats was damaged,amotic,and lots of inflammatory, cellular infiltration. The glandular organ hyperplasy and intestinal metaplasia could be seen in most of model rats. In addition, the activity of SOD was decreased and the content of MDA was increased obviously ( P 〈 0.01, or P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with control group, administration Weiyanyin could improve pathological histology of experiment bile reflux gastritis rats,increase the activity of SOD and decrease the content of MDA( P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It concluded that the traditional Chinese medicine Weiyanyin could regulate the free radical metabolism,resist oxidative damage and had protective effect on gastric mucosal with experiment bile reflux gastritis rats.
