脂肝泰胶囊对高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠肝脏形态学改变的影响

目的 观察脂肝泰胶囊对大鼠高脂血症性脂肪肝肝脏形态学改变的影响,为临床治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝提供实验依据。方法 采用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制脂肪肝模型,实验分组为模型组、脂肝泰高剂量组、脂肝泰低剂量组、东宝肝泰对照组和正常对照组。以高、低剂量脂肝泰和东宝肝泰进行干预,各组大鼠肝脏取材,常规HE染色,光镜观察。结果 模型组肝细胞索结构不清,多数肝细胞内可见大小不等、数量不一的脂滴空泡,呈现中至重度脂肪变性;脂肝泰胶囊治疗组大鼠肝小叶和肝血窦结构清晰,细胞内无明显脂滴空泡。结论 脂肝泰胶囊能有效地防治高脂血症性脂肪肝。

The effect of Zhigantai capsule on morphological changes of hyperlipidemia fatty liveRin rats

Objective To explore the effect of Zhigantai (ZhGT) capsule on morphological changes of hyper-lipidemia fatty liver in rats and provide the experimental basis for the clinical therapy of hyperlipidemia fatty liver. Methods The animal model of fatty liver was duplicated with high fat diet and was randomly divided into model group,high dose ZhGT group,low dose ZhGT group,Dongbaogantai (DBGT) group and normal control group. All the treatment groups were intervened by its own medicine. Liver tissue was extracted and made HE staining, then observed by optical microscope. Results Asfor the model group, the normal structure of liver was chang. There were many different fat vacuoles in most liver cells and appeared medium or serious steatosis. While in the ZhGT group the structure of liver lobule and liver antrum were clear, cellular inside the fat vacuole were not abvious, but had only longitudinal cell edema.Conclusion The ZhGT capsule can effectively treat hyperlipidemia fatty liver in rats.
