| 摘 要： | 目的建立子宫内膜异位(EMs)裸鼠模型,观察异位病灶血管生成情况。方法建立EMs裸鼠皮下种植和腹腔注射模型,观察异位病灶的形态特点,用免疫组织化学法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及微血管密度。结果皮下种植组10只,成模9只,腹腔注射组10只,成模8只。异位病灶呈现增生期子宫内膜特点,VEGF表达阳性,并有微血管形成。结论成功建立EMs裸鼠皮下种植及腹腔注射模型,异位病灶新生血管较多,该模型可用于人EMs血管生成及抗血管生成治疗的研究。
