| 摘 要： | 目的 应用免疫组织化学技术,探讨大鼠坐骨神经损伤后不同时间段L4～L5节段DRG神经元P2X3受体表达的变化.方法 实验动物分为对照组、损伤2d组和损伤7d组,分别建立大鼠坐骨神经离断模型,在2d、7d后按照组化方法常规取材、切片、染色,观察坐骨神经损伤后不同时间段DRG神经元P2X3受体表达的变化.结果 对照组、损伤2d组、损伤7d组DRG神经元P2X3受体阳性神经元百分比率分别为31.73%、35.26%、42.93%.坐骨神经损伤2d后DRG神经元P2X3受体表达差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);而坐骨神经损伤7d后DRG神经元P2X3受体表达差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 坐骨神经损伤后不同时间段DRG神经元P2X3受体表达发生了不同的变化.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate expression changes of P2X3 receptor of dorsal root ganglion neurons after sciatic nerve injury at different time points in rat.Methods Upon transected sciatic nerve in the adult rats,expression changes of P2X3 receptor were studied in control,operation(2d) and operation(7d) group respectively through immunohistochemistry.Results Immunohistochemistry showed that 31.73%,35.26% and 42.93% of DRG neurons were P2X3 receptor-positive neurons in control,operation(2d) and operation(7d) group,respectively.Conclusion P2X3 receptor of DRG neurons is involved in nerve injury. |
