| 摘 要： | 吸入ＮＯ、ＢｉＰＡＰ鼻罩式机械通气并水化疗法治疗急性加重期肺心病患者，根据病人均较危重的治疗特点，有目的地进行心理护理（病人了解治疗中一些特殊问题，解除病人紧张情绪），适时调整输液量，观察电解质变化，注意保持呼吸道通畅，预防局部皮肤损伤等措施，使病人抢救成功率明显增加。

| Abstract: | The patients who inhaled nitric oxide BiPAP ventilation combined with intravenous drip liquid were usually seriously ill in clinical practice. We took different ways to care for the patients in nursing,e. g, the amounts of intravenous drip liquid were adjusted timely, the change of electolyte were observed,kept airway unobstructing , prevented damage of local skin. By taking these measures, the succeed rate of treating the patients was increased markedly. |
