摘    要:目前,以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)已经成为国际上较为流行的一种教学模式。本文着重阐述了该模式下教师角色的转变,并结合中国医科大学附属第一医院心血管内科学的教学实践,探讨了在角色转换过程中教师需要面对和解决的问题。

Abstract:The teaching model of problem-based learning has been used in medical education and now it is a popular teaching model in the world higher medical education. This paper emphatically probes into the change of the teacher' s role under PBL teaching model, and it discusses how to fulfill the role-changing process more successfully through our practicing experience, and it also reveal the difficulties that we have to face during this process, by all of which to make the future teaching more efficient.
