摘    要:为了提高医学微生物学各论的教学效果,我们采用了以病例为基础学习教学方法,按照教学大纲的要求,选择典型的临床病例并精心设计和组织教学过程。结果显示,该方法不仅能够完善教师自身的知识结构,而且使学生能够更加积极、主动地进行学习,有利于学生综合能力的培养。

Abstract:In order to improve teaching effect the case-based study(CBS) teaching method was ap-plied in illustrative class of medical microbiology. We chose typical clinical cases, designed and organized the teaching process carefully in accordance with the requirements of the curriculum. According to the re- sults CBS teaching method not only can improve teachers'knowledge structure but also make students'learning more actively. Moreover, it was conducive to cultivate students'comprehensive ability.
