| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨冠心病中医辨证分型与血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的相关性。方法]将206例入选的CHD患者按中医辨证分为心血瘀阻证、痰阻心脉证、阴寒凝滞证、气阴两虚证、心肾阴虚证、阳气虚衰证6组，采用惠普HP1100型高效液相色谱仪测定患者与正常健康人血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平，并对各证型Hcy进行比较。结果]CHD患者Hcy水平高于正常健康人（P〈0．05），而心血瘀阻、痰阻血脉两组血浆Hcy水平均高于其它4个证型（均P〈0．01）。结论]血浆Hcy的异常增高是冠心病的一个危险因素，可以作为冠心痛心血瘀阻、痰阻血脉证型的辨证客观指标之一。
