输尿管支架植入术联合三金排石汤及坦索罗辛缓释片治疗输尿管下段结石

目的]观察输尿管支架植入术后服用三金排石汤及坦索罗辛缓释片联合治疗输尿管下段结石的疗效。方法]将200例确诊为输尿管下段结石患者按比例随机分成A、B、C、D4组。A组置入输尿管支架并服用三金排石汤和坦索罗辛缓释片；B组仅口服坦索罗辛缓释片；C组仅单纯置入输尿管支架；D组仅服用三金排石汤治疗。复诊时间3d为1周期，每次需复查、询问、记录泌尿素B超、泌尿系平片（KUB）、排石时间、绞痛与药物服用（包括药物副反应）情况、支架位置、是否出现导管相关综合症等不良情况。结果]2周后A组、C组支架位置均良好，其中A组的结石排出率、排石时间均显著优于其余3组（P＜0.01）。A、C组患者镇痛剂使用量显著少于B、D组（P＜0.01）。A组患者导管相关综合症的发生数少于C组。结论]置入输尿管支架并服用三金排石汤和坦索罗辛缓释片，可提高输尿管下段结石患者的排石率、缩短排石时间、减少痛发及镇痛剂使用量、减轻肾绞痛程度，疗效明确，且能减少导管相关综合症的发生。

Ureter Stent Implantation Combined with Sanjin Paishi Decoction and Tamsulosin Sustained Release Tablet Treat Distal Ureteral Calculus

Objective]To observe the cure effect of ureter stent implantation combined with Sanjin Paishi Decoction and Tamsulosin on distal ureteral cal-culus. Method] Randomly divide 200 cases into 4 groups of A,B,C,D. Group A（combination treatment） took ureter stent implantation and Sanjin Paishi Decoction and Tamsulosin Tablets; group B, only Tamsulosin Sustained Release Tablets; group C, only ureter stent implantation; D, only Sanjin Paishi Decoction. The further consultation was 3d as a circle, recording urinary B ultrasound/KUB, removing calculus time, angina and medicine-staking condi-tion, as wel as stent positin or side effects of tube-relative syndrome and others.Result] After 2 weeks, groups A and C had good stent position, the stone litheecbole rate and time of group A were better than other 3 groups;the analgesic application of group A was much less than groups B and D. The tube-relative syndrome of group A was less than group C.Conclusion] Ureter stent implantation combined with Sanjin Paishi Decoction and Tamsulosin tablets can improve the calculus-removing rate of distal ureteral calculus, shorten calculus-removing time, reduce pain and analgesic dosage, relieve renal colic degree and reduce occurence of tube relative syndrome.
