穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床研究

目的】观察穴位埋线疗法对单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。【方法]将80例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为两组。治疗组40例采用穴位埋线疗法治疗，对照组40例以常规针刺疗法治疗，两组于治疗3个疗程后评定疗效。【结果】总有效率治疗组为92．5％，对照组为72．5％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组体重及体重指数（BMI）治疗前后比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】穴位埋线减肥对单纯性肥胖症有明显的疗效。

Acupoints Buried Line Treatment to Simple Obesity

Objective] To observe clinical curative effect of the simple acupoint bury line treatment of simple obesity. Methods] 80 patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group 40 cases treated by simple acupoint bury line treatment, control group 40 cases with routine acupuncture treatment, two groups had curative effect evaluation after three courses. Results]The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.5%, control group was 72.5%, the difference was statistically significant. On treatment group weight and body mass index（BMI） before and after treatment comparison, the difference had statistical significance; Compared with the control group, the difference was stadsticaUy significant. Conclusion] Acupoint bury line treating simple obesity has obvious curative effect on reducing weight.
