| 摘 要： | 目的探讨苯妥英钠中毒患者的救治方案。方法收集该院2000年1月-2006年9月全部苯妥英钠中毒患者病历，共41例，进行回顾性分析。结果依据患者症状及血药浓度的高低，分为4组，采取不同的救治方案，全部患者均在5d内中毒症状消失，且未见癫痫发作。结论对苯妥英钠中毒患者分组治疗是最有利的选择，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the strategy of treatment for Phenytoin poisoning. Methods] The patient records of Phenytoin poisoning were coUected from Jan 2000 to Sep 2006 in the first hospital attched to Nanhua university . Result] The different treatment modelities were used to the patients who were divided into 4 groups by the poisoning symptom and the serum Phenytoin concentration, all the poisoning symptom disappeared within 5 days, and the epileptic unhappened. Conclusion] Treatment for Phenytoin poisoning by divided is the most advantageous choosing, and is worth promoting clinically. |
