| 摘 要： | 目的比较柔红霉素联合阿糖胞苷（DA）、米托蒽醌联合阿糖胞苷（MA）治疗急性非淋巴细胞白血病的疗效和不良反应。方法采用随机配对研究方法观察60例急性非淋巴细胞白血病的治疗效果和不良反应，一组29例采用MA方案，另一组31例对照组采用DA方案。结果二者缓解率上差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。两组不良反应在发热，出血，恶心、呕吐，上呼吸道感染上差异无显著性（P〉0．05），但DA较MA易出现心脏毒性，差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论MA可作为急非淋的一线化疗方案。
