| 摘 要： | 临床实习是学校教育的深化和延续，是护生综合能力提高的关键，也是护生尽快完成角色转变的重要环节。本文对我校2005年分布在我市三所县级以上医院实习的大专护生临床实习情况进行调查，分析护生在实习过程中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Clinical practice is not only the deepness and continuation of school education but also the key to improve college nurses' comprehensive ability and,what's more,the key link for college nurses to change their roles.This article mainly analyzes the existing problems of college nurses in the process of clinical practice and puts forward some relevant strategies according to the investigation of trainee,which carried out in three cornty hospitals of our city in 2005. |
