| 摘 要： | 目的:观察闭合复位经皮克氏针固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的疗效.方法:在臂丛麻醉下,经"C'型臂X线机透视,采用闭合整复骨折,然后经皮穿入两枚交又克氏针固定.结果:本组32例获得随访0.33～1 a,骨折全部愈合,优25例,良6例,可1例,优良率96.9%.结论:闭合复位经皮克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的一种有效方法.

| Abstract: | objective: objective the effect of closed reduction of Kirschner wire internal fixation per cutem to treat child humeral supracondylar fracture.Methods: the method of closed reduction bone fracture was operated after brachiplex anaesthesia and C type arm X-ray perspective.The 2 Kirschner wire was used internal fixation.Results: 32 cases were healing all after follow-up 4 to 12 months.Conclusion: the closed reduction of Kirschner wire internal fixation per cutem was the effect method to treat child humeral s... |
