| 摘 要： | 应用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶免疫组化技术（ＡＰＡＡＰ），对１８只自身免疫性糖尿病大鼠外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群进行检测。结果：自身免疫性糖尿病大鼠发病时，ＭＲＣＯＸ３４阳性Ｔ淋巴细胞与正常对照组相比，无显著变化；Ｗ３／２５阳性Ｔ淋巴细胞明显增多（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＭＲＣＯＸ８阳性淋巴细胞显著减少（Ｐ＜０．０５）；后二者之比显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示自身免疫性糖尿病为ＣＤ＋４Ｔ淋巴细胞所诱导的自身免疫性疾病。

| Abstract: | The T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were assayed in 18 autoimmune diabetic rats with the APAAP immumological method.At the onset of autoimmune diabetes in rats there were no significant difference in MRC OX 34 T cell,a marked decrease in MRC OX 8 T cell,and a significant increase of both W3/25 T cell and the ratio of W3/25 and MRC OX 8 T cell,as compared with those in the healthy controls.The results suggested that IDDM might be CD 4 T lymphocyte induced autoimmune disease. |
