| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨结肠癌患者血清中sE‐CAD浓度的临床病理意义及其与预后的关系。方法收集93例根治性手术治疗结肠癌患者术前血清标本，应用ELISA方法检测其sE‐CAD浓度，并分析结肠癌患者血清sE‐CAD浓度与各临床病理因素及预后的关系。结果93例结肠癌患者血清sE‐CAD浓度平均为5307ng／ml ，脉管受侵、淋巴结转移阳性及分期晚结肠癌患者血清中sE‐CAD浓度高，血清sE‐CAD浓度大于5307 ng／ml患者4年PFS明显低于此阈值者（60.3％ VS 81.0％）。结论血清sE‐CAD浓度与结肠癌脉管受侵、淋巴结转移、分期及预后相关，血清sE‐CAD可作为一种有效的结肠癌肿瘤标记物。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationships between the serum concentration of soluble E‐cadherin (sE‐CAD) and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in patients with colon carcinoma .Methods The 93 serum samples were collect‐ed from 93 patients with colon carcinoma before surgery .The serum concentrations of sE‐CAD were detected by ELISA meth‐ods .Results The serum concentration of sE‐CAD in 93 patients with colon carcinoma was 5307ng/ml .The progression‐free survival rate(PFS) of patients with higher sE‐CAD was shorter than those with lower sE‐CAD(60.3% VS 81.0% ) .Conclusion The serum concentration of sE‐CAD was associated with vascular invasion ,lymphatic metastasis and staging .Higher serum sE‐CAD concentration is an independent prognostic marker for patients with colon carcinoma . |
