预防全椎板切除后椎管再狭窄的实验研究

目的：探讨多孔磷酸钙人工椎板预防全椎板切除后椎管再狭窄的效果。方法：以家兔为动物模型，行全椎板切除术后多孔磷酸钙人工椎板置换，大体观察、观片病理观察、ＣＴ扫描和三维结构重建，计算机图像分析定量测定椎管面积和矢状径。结果：多孔磷酸钙人区椎板节段的椎管面积和矢状径比空白节段明显增大（Ｐ〈０．０１），与正常对照节段无显著性差异，结论：多孔磷酸钙人工椎板能有效地预防椎板再生后椎管狭窄，并认为椎管狭窄与纤维

Prevention of recurrent stenosis after total laminectomy:an experimental study in rabbits

Objective: To study the prevention of recurrent stenosis after laminectomy in rabbits. Methods: Porous calicium phosphate artificial lamina was used in rabbits after total laminectomy. Evaluation was done by gross anatomical appearance, microscopical evaluation, CT scan and computed imaging analysis. Results: The area and sagittal diameter of spinal canal of lamina implanted sites was larger than unimplanted ites( P <0.01), and no significant difference was found between the implanted group and control group. Conclusion: The porous calcium phosphate artificial lamina can prevent recurrent stenosis after laminectomy. Bone regeneration after laminectomy may cause spinal stenosis, which is related with the invasion of fibrous tissue.
