异体脱蛋白松质骨复合骨唾液酸蛋白修复兔桡骨缺损

摘    要:目的探讨骨唾液酸蛋白(Bone sialoprotein,BSP)在修复新西兰大白兔桡骨缺损中对骨形成和骨改建的作用,本实验拟评价骨唾液酸蛋白在兔体内的成骨活性,并为临床治疗骨缺损提供理论基础。方法采选用合适龄新西兰大白兔36只,前肢中段外侧骨段(连同骨膜)15mm,建立兔桡骨缺损模型,随机分为脱蛋白松质骨复合骨唾液酸蛋白组(A组),脱蛋白松质骨组(B组),自体骨移植组(C组),分别于骨缺损处植入蛋白松质骨复合骨唾液酸蛋白,脱蛋白松质骨,自体骨移植,并在术后第4、8、10、12周,ABC三组各组随机选择3只动物,处死后游离桡骨标本备检。分别观察各组动物桡骨愈合X线片正侧位片情况,肉眼观察标本愈合情况,组织学观察。结果①脱蛋白松质骨复合骨唾液酸蛋白组肉眼观察,X线检查,HE染色均显示骨愈合均快于脱蛋白松质骨组,②脱蛋白松质骨复合骨唾液酸蛋白组肉眼观察,X线检查,HE染色均显示骨愈合均稍慢于自体骨移植组。结论脱蛋白松质骨复合骨唾液酸蛋白组与脱蛋白松质骨组相比,成骨活性增加,具有一定程度成骨活性,但较自体骨仍有差异。

Abstract:Objective Discuss the function of Bone Sialoprotein in the repair of New Zealand white rabbits bone defects radial bone formation and bone remodeling.This study assessed the osteogenic activity of BSP in vivo,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of bone defects.Methods Chosen 36 school-age New Zealand white rabbits.After anesthesia aseptic conditions do fore middle lateral incision,Resection of bone segments(along with periosteal) 15mm,establish rabbit radial defect models.36 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into deproteinized cancellous bone and bone sialoprotein group(A group),deproteinized cancellous bone group(B group),autologous bone graft group(C group),In bone defect implants deproteinized cancellous bone and bone sialoprotein,deproteinized cancellous bone and autologous bone go after cortical reverse implant in their respective group.ABC three groups each group were randomly selected three animals at 4,8,10,12 weeks after surgery.Air embolism death,free radial specimens for inspection.Observe each group animal radial healing X-ray in front and from profile,macroscopic observation specimen healing,HE dyeing cell.Results ①Deproteinized cancellous bone composite bone sialoprotein group in macroscopic observation,HE dyeing and x-ray examination show off the bone healing faster than protein cancellous bone group.②Deproteinized cancellous bone composite bone sialoprotein group in macroscopic observation,HE dyeing and x-ray examination show off the bone healing slower than autogenous bone graft group.8weeks.Conclusion Deproteinized cancellous bone composite bone sialoprotein group compare with protein cancellous bone group,Bone formation activity increased.Bone sialoprotein have some osteogenic effect.but there are still differences compared with autogenous bone.
