清瘟败毒饮对脓毒症患者凝血功能的影响

目的：观察清瘟败毒饮治疗脓毒症的临床疗效，探讨其作用机制。方法：采用随机对照临床试验，将符合脓毒症新诊断标准的患者38例随机分为治疗组（西医常规治疗加清瘟败毒饮煎剂口服）和对照组（西医常规治疗），治疗组和对照组分别为18，20例。分别检测两组患者治疗前（入组时）及治疗后（治疗第7天）外周血凝血酶原时间（prothrombintime，PT）．活化部分凝血活酶时间（activatedpartialthromboplastintime，APTT）．凝血酶时间（thrombintime．TT）和血小板（platelet，PLT）计数。结果：治疗前两组患者PT、TT、APTT和PLT计数均在正常范围，组间差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；治疗后两组患者PT、TT、APTT均显著延长，PLT计数显著下降，但治疗后治疗组PT、TT、APTT延长幅度和PLT计数下降幅度均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：清瘟败毒饮对脓毒症患者的凝血功能有保护作用。

Efffects of Qingwen Baidu Yin on Blood Coagulation in Sepsis

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Qingwen Baidu Yin in treating sepsis, and explore its mechanism. Methods： According to randomized controlled clinical trial, 38 patients whose manifestations conformed to the new diagnostic criterion of sepsis were randomized into control group and treatment group, 18 patients in control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while 20 ones in treatment group with combined therapy of conventional western medicine and Qingwen Baidu Yin decoc- tion. The prothrombin time （PT）, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）, thrombin time （TT） and platelet （PLT） count in all patients of both groups were determined before treatment and 7 days after treatment. Before treatment, the levels of PT, TT, APTT and PET were all at the normal range, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05） ; PT, TT and APTT in patients of two groups were significantly prolonged and PLT were significantly decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment, while the prolonged values of PT, TT and APTT and the decreased value of PLT in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qingwen Baidu Yin has protective effects against blood coagulation disorders in patients with sepsis.
