马钱子碱对兔软骨细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:目的:观察马钱子碱对体外培养兔软骨细胞增殖的影响。方法:分离、培养兔的软件细胞,采用四甲基偶氮唑盐比色法检测细胞增殖。结果:马钱子碱高、中、低剂量组细胞增殖率均高于空白对照组(P<0.05),一氧化氮(NO)能抑制软骨细胞的增殖,马钱子碱能拮抗NO对软骨细胞增殖的抑制作用。结论:马钱子碱能有效促进软骨细胞增殖。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of brucine on proliferation of chondrocyte with monolayer culture technique. Method: Rabbit chondrocytes were isolated and cultured in vitro.The cell proliferation was tested by methylthiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) method. Result: The cell proliferation rate of high, middle and low dosage of brucine groups was higher than that of the blank control group (P<0.05). Nitric oxide could inhibit chondrocyte proliferation. Brucine could antagonize the inhibitive action of nitric oxide on chondrocyte proliferation. Conclusion: Brucine can effectively promote the proliferation of chondrocyte.
