关于中医药高校人才培养相关问题的思考

为中医药事业长久发展培养和输送热爱中医、精通中医、愿意从事中医药事业的人才,这既关系到中医药事业能否传承和发展,也是关系中医药高校能否生存和发展的根本。人才培养的目标应以实用型为主,在强化专业教育的基础上尽量扩大学生的知识面,提高综合素质,使毕业后的大学生既是掌握了系统理论和基本技能的专业人才,又是拥有人文精神、具有良好文化修养的社会公民。
