| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中成药丹参粉针在慢性乙型重型肝炎治疗中的安全性及疗效。方法:回顾性分析28例丹参粉针辅助治疗的慢性乙型重型肝炎患者的临床资料。结果:显效35.7%,有效14.3%,总有效率50%;治疗前后总胆红素、白蛋白、凝血酶原时间比较,P<0.01,具有统计学意义。结论:丹参粉针辅助治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎在保证疗效的同时没有增加出血率,安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the safety and efficiacy of Chinese Medicine Danshen powder for injection in treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 28 cases of chronic severe hepatitis B treated by Danshen powder injection as adjuvant therapy was performed.Results:The therapeutic effect was:markedly effective 35.7%,effective 14.3%,total effective 50%.The changes of total bilirubin, albumin,prothrombin time befor and after treatment were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion;The efficiacy without the increase of risk of bleeding,it is safe and effective for Danshen powder to be the adjuvant treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B. |
