| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆阃骨折的方法。方法自2004年10月—2008年4月采用骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换的方法治疗80岁及以上高龄组股骨粗隆间骨折患者16例。结果本组16例，除1例术后3月因脑血管意外死亡，余15例均进行10～26个月随访，平均16个月，所有病例无伤口感染。髋关节功能优良率84％。结论人工股骨头置换是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的一种良好方法，可以早期下地活动，显著降低骨折的并发症，但远期效果有待进一步观察。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly with artificial femoral head replacement. Methods From October 2004 to April 2008, 16 patients of 80 years old and above was treated the intertrochanterie fracture with artificial femoral head replacement. Results 15 cases wee followed up for 10 -26 months, with an average of 16 months, 1 cases died of cerebrovascular accident At 3 months after surgery, no infection, 84% hip function excellent. Conclusion This is a good way to treat the intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly with artificial femoral head replacement. Early activity reduce the fracture complications significantly. However, long-term results continue to be observed. |
