| 摘 要： | 连续性血液净化在烧伤脓毒症的救治中已取得良好疗效,其机制已从单纯地清除炎性递质向协助机体重建免疫内稳态发展。近年来出现了一些血液净化治疗新技术,但其治疗烧伤脓毒症的安全性和有效性仍缺乏大样本的临床验证。作者就运用连续性血液净化技术治疗烧伤脓毒症的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Continuous blood purification exerts satisfactory clinical effects on severe burn patients with sepsis. The mechanisms include not only reducing the inflammatory mediators in the blood, but also reestablishing the immune homeostasis in the body. In recent years, a few new CBP technologies were applied in the clinic, however, there were few large scale investigations on their safety and efficacy. The CBP technology applied to severe burn patients with sepsis was reviewed in this article. |
