| 摘 要： | 探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血单个核细胞中膜白介素－２受体在静息状态和诱导状态的表达水平及其与ＨＢｅＡｇ的关系。方法用生物素－链霉亲和素系统检测１０８例慢性乙肝患者ＰＢＭＣ的ｍＩＬ－２Ｒ，并平行测定患者血清中ＨＢｅＡｇ。结论慢性乙肝患者ｍＩＬ－２Ｒ表达水平低下，且与ＨＢｅＡｇ存在有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the level of membrane interleukin 2 receptor(mIL 2R) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) of chronic hepatitis B patients during silent and PHA induced phase and its association with HBeAg.Methods:In 108 patients with chronic hepatitis B mIL 2R in PBMC was detected by biotin streptavidin(BSA) assay and HBeAg in serum.Results:The level of mIL 2R in patients with chronic hepatitis B during silence and PHA induced phase were significantly lower than that in normal controls( P < 0.05 ) and the level of mIL 2R in patients with HBeAg(+) were also lower than those in normal controls( P < 0.05 and P <0.01).Conclusions:The mIL 2R level in PBMC HBeAg in serum of patients chronic hepatitis B were closely relatived with each other,lower in patients with chronic hepatitis than in normal controls. |
