脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化与尿白蛋白关系的研究

目的:观察脑梗死患者尿白蛋白(UALB)与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:将100例脑梗死患者分为UALB阳性组58例和UALB阴性组42例,比较2组患者尿白蛋白排泄的变化、颈动脉超声检测结果以及二者之间的关系。结果:UALB阳性组患者颈总动脉内膜中层厚度、粥样斑块出现率均高于UALB阴性组患者,尿白蛋白排泄水平升高,粥样斑块出现率升高(P0.05),内膜中层厚度与UALB、血总胆固醇、糖基化血红蛋白、血尿酸(UA)等呈正相关,而内径与UA、UALB呈负相关。结论:UALB阳性患者易出现颈动脉粥样硬化,当尿白蛋白排泄≥60 mg/24 h时危险性进一步增加。

Association between urinary albumin and carotid atherosclerosis in cerebral infarction patients

Objective:To observe the relationship between urinary albumin(UALB) and carotid atherosclerosis in cerebral infarction patients. Methods:One hundred patients with cerebral infarction were divided into 2 groups:UALB positive group(n=58) and UALB negative group(n=42).UALB excretion and ultrasonography for carotid artery were examined. Results:The common carotid artery intima media thickness,incidence rate of plaque were significantly higher in UALB positive group.The incidence rate of plaque was significantly higher when UALB exceeded the threshold of ≥60 mg/24 h(P<0.05).The intima media thickness was positively related with the UALB,total cholesteral,and hemoglobin A1C,while the interior diameter was negatively with uric acid and UALB. Conclusions:High incidence of carotid atherosclerosis is happened in patients with positive UALB,especially when patients with UALB≥60 mg/24 h.
