摘    要:目的研究三七皂苷R1(R1)和人参皂苷Rd(Rd)的活血化瘀作用,以证实二者为三七中的有效成分.方法显微电视放大系统定量观测R1和Rd对正常及去甲肾上腺素(NA)所致耳廓微循环障碍小鼠耳廓微循环的影响;血浆复钙试验测定R1和Rd的抗凝作用. 结果 R1和Rd能显著促进或改善正常及NA所致耳廓微循环障碍小鼠耳廓的微循环;亦可延长血浆复钙时间.结论 R1和Rd均能显著改善微循环并适度延长凝血时间,为三七中有效成分.

Abstract:Objective To assess the effects of R 1 and R d extracted from panax notoginseng saponins on the promotion of blood circulation and removal of blood stasis so as to prove they are the active principle of panax notoginseng. Methods The experiment was conducted in mice. A microscopic television amplification system was used to observe quantitatively the effects of R 1 and R d on normal blood microcirculation, and on disturbed microcirculation that had been induced by auricular injection of noradrenalin; the plasma recalcification test was used to determine the effects of R 1 and R d on anticoagulation. Results It was found that R 1 and R d can obviously promote the microcirculation of normal microcirculation and improve the disturbed microcirculation. Both R 1 and R d can prolong the time of plasma recalcification. Conclusion R 1 and R d can obviously improve microcirculation and properly prolong the coagulation time, and they are the available components of panax notoginseng.
