| 摘 要： | 目的：建立益肾补骨液中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法：用Diamonsil C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-2%冰醋酸溶液（4258）,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为283 nm。结果：橙皮苷在0.115 2-0.345 6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7）,平均回收率和RSD分别为101.8%和1.0%。结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop a method for the content determination of hesperidin in Yishen bugu fluid.Methods：Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） was used with methanol and 2% glacial acetic acid solution（4258） as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 283 nm.Results：The calibration curves of hesperidin were linear between 0.115 2-0.345 6 μg（r=0.999 7）.The average recovery rate and the relative standard deviations were 101.8% and 1.0% respectively.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and repeatable,so it can be used for the content determination of this preparation. |
