抑郁证辨证分型研究

目的：探讨抑郁症临床的辨证分型。方法：从循证医学角度把抑郁症的中医辨证分型研究与临床流行病学及医学统计学接轨,运用聚类分析方法,结合专业知识,对所有调查资料进行分型研究。结果：抑郁症临床可分为肝气郁结、心神抑郁型;痰瘀交阻、阴虚神郁型;肝郁化火、心神被扰型;脾气亏虚、心神失养型;心阴不足,虚火内扰型;心血亏虚、气机郁结型6种主要证型。结论：6类主要证型的划分可使抑郁症辨证分型更客观、明了,临床实践也更有可操作性。

Research on Syndrome Differentiation and Classification of Depression

Objective：To explore the clinical syndrome differentiation and classification of depression.Methods：To integrate the TCM syndrome differentiation research of depression with clinical epidemiology and medical statistics from the perspective of evidence-based medicine and use the method of cluster analysis combined with professional knowledge.All surveyed data were classified and researched.Results：Clinically,depression can be divided into six major syndromes,namly liver qi stagnation and mind depression type;the stagnation of phlegm and stasis and yin deficiency and mind depression type;fire caused by liver stagnation and mind disturbance type;spleen qi deficiency and mind dystrophy type;heart yin deficiency and internal disturbance of deficiency-fire type;heart blood deficiency and stagnation of qi type.Conclusion：The division of six major syndromes makes the syndrome differentiation of depression to be more objective and clear and facilitates the maneuverability of clinical practice.
