芍倍注射液在吻合器痔上黏膜环切术中对丙泊酚静脉麻醉的影响

目的：观察芍倍注射液在吻合器痔上黏膜环切术中对丙泊酚静脉麻醉的影响。方法：选择吻合器痔上黏膜环切术患者120例,随机分为芍倍注射液观察组（芍倍组）、消痔灵注射液对照组（消痔组）、5%鱼肝油酸钠对照组（鱼油组）与生理盐水空白对照组（空白组）,每组30例。芍倍组术中吻合器后局部注射芍倍注射液;消痔组注射消痔灵注射液;鱼油组注射5%鱼肝油酸钠;而空白组采用相同方法注射等量的安慰剂生理盐水。每组除常规连续监测SBP、DBP、HR、SpO2外,均采用A-Line麻醉及镇静深度监测仪监测AAI值,指导麻醉药物的使用。结果：术中使用芍倍注射液可使局部出现明显胀痛,不同程度增加丙泊酚、芬太尼与咪达唑仑的用量,使手术时间延长,麻醉苏醒延迟,产生相应副作用。结论：芍倍注射液在吻合器痔上黏膜环切术中对丙泊酚静脉麻醉产生拮抗作用。

Effect of Propofol Intravenous Anesthesia Adopt Shao Bei Injection in Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorroids

Objective：To obsreve and compare the effect of Propofol intravenous anesthesia adopt shao bei injection in procedure for prolapse and hemorroids.Methods：120 patients were divided stochastically into group SB（Observe group） and group XZ,group SM and group NS（Contrast group）,30 patients per group,group SB,In the operation be injected in separate doses shao bei jnjection;group XZ,group SM and group NS in the opration be injected in same doses placebo Xiaozhiling injection,5% Sodium Morrhuate and 0.9% NaCl with same method.Every group SBP DBP HR and SpO2 were detected,AAI value routine monitored continuously by A-Line to anaesthetize and the calm depth monitor,to guide the use of narcotic drugs.Results：Adopt shao bei injection is can appear local pain in the operation.To can significantly increase propofol,fentanyl and midazolam dosage,The time of operation continued is extend,Cause the revive put off,to reduce effectively its side effects.Conclusions：Adopt shao bei injection is can produce antagonism effects to propofol intravenous anesthesia in procedure for prolapse and hemorroids.
