Discussion on Tongue Manifestation's Variation Rules of Patients with Coronary Heart Didease

Objective：To investigate the variation rules of the tongue manifestation in patients with different types of coronary heart disease,by observing the tongue manifestation characteristic of patients with coronary heart disease,to guide clinical identifying syndrome.Methods：North China coal medical college hospital,140 cases of coronary heart disease were observed,recording tongue quality,tongue fur,the characteristics of sublingual vein,and also do related laboratory tests.Results：The tongue color of patients with coronary artery disease were dark red-based,most of tongue fur were greasy fur or less fur,tongue venae expansion,tortuous.Conclusion：The tongue manifestation characteristic of patients with coronary heart disease reflects the characteristics of coronary heart disease：asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality、deficiency syndrome mingling with excess syndrome,blood stasis,phlegm,heat evil were its mark,deficiency of vital energy、Yang deficiency、Yin deficiency.
