艾灸原发性痛经热敏高发穴关元穴改善其经期常见伴随症状的临床初步研究

目的在证实艾灸原发性痛经热敏高发穴关元穴治疗原发性痛经有效的基础上,观察对其经期常见伴随症状的改善情况。方法 104例原发性痛经患者随机分为艾灸关元穴组(简称关元穴组)、艾灸神阙穴对照组(简称对照组)各52例。两组分别根据其经期常见伴随症状分为:小腹坠胀、腰酸、乳房胀痛、泄泻。两组均于经前4 d行艾灸治疗(关元穴组艾灸关元,神阙穴组艾灸神阙),1次/d,20 min/次,每个月经周期治疗4 d,共治疗3个月经周期。结果关元穴组有效率90.38%,对照组71.15%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后痛经评分比较,两组均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且关元穴组优于对照组(P<0.01)。关元穴组小腹坠胀、腰酸、乳房胀痛、泄泻的有效率为91.30%,94.12%,16.67%,86.96%;对照组有效率为58.33%,65.52%,11.76%,50.00%。与对照组比较,小腹坠胀、腰酸、泄泻治疗效果均有统计学意义(P≤0.01);乳房胀痛无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾灸关元穴可以有效治疗原发性痛经。艾灸关元穴可以有效治疗原发性痛经患者经期小腹坠胀、腰酸、泄泻症状,但对乳房胀痛症状无明显治疗效果。

Therapeutic Effect of Thermal Moxibustion Therapies of Guanyuan Piont on Menstrual Associated Symptoms

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of thermal moxibustion therapies of Guanyuan point on menstrual symptoms.Methods 104 patients with primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into moxibustion Guanyuan group(Guanyuan group) and moxibustion Shenque group(control group).Each group included 52 patients and according to their menstrual symptoms they were subdivided into:abdominal bulge,backache,breast tenderness,diarrhea.Moxibustion treatment were performed 4 days before menstruating for 4 days,once a day.Each moxibustion treatment lasted 20 minutes.A total of 3 Menstrual cycles were included.Results The effective rate of Guanyuan group was 90.39% and that of control group was 71.15%.There was significant difference between Guanyuan group and control group(P<0.05).Dysmenorrhea scores after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment in both groups(P<0.01)and the improvement situation of Guanyuan group was better than that of control group(P<0.01).The effective rates of abdominal bulge,backache,breast tenderness and diarrhea of Guanyuan group were 91.30%,94.12%,16.67%,86.96% respectively,and those of control group were 58.33%,65.52%,11.76%,50.00%,respectively.Compared with control group,the therapeutic effect of abdominal bulge,backache,diarrhea were better(p<0.01)and that of breast tenderness was not different(P>0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion Guanyuan point can effectively treat primary dysmenorrheal.Moxibustion Guanyuan can effectively improve menstrual abdominal bulge,backache,diarrhea symptoms of patients with primary dysmenorrhea,but has no significant treatment effect on breast tenderness.
