益气养阴化瘀通络中药对实验性糖尿病大鼠模型的影响

目的观察益气养阴化瘀通络中药对实验性糖尿病大鼠模型的影响。方法除正常对照组外,SD大鼠高脂饲料饲养12周后,腹腔注射STZ 30 mg/kg,成模大鼠随机分为模型组和益气养阴化瘀通络中药治疗组,治疗20周。定期监测大鼠饮水量、饲料消耗量、尿量、体质量和空腹血糖。结果 77.27%大鼠成活成模。与对照组比较,模型组大鼠出现饮水量、饲料消耗量、尿量显著增多,体质量明显减轻,血糖显著升高(P<0.05)。益气养阴化瘀通络中药治疗可显著减轻大鼠"三多一少"表现,与模型组比较,P<0.05,可降低血糖,与模型组比较,P>0.05。随治疗时间延长,效果逐渐明显。结论高脂饲料加小剂量STZ腹腔注射可复制实验性糖尿病大鼠模型,益气养阴化瘀通络中药对其有积极治疗作用。

The Effect of Yiqi - yangyin - huayu - tongluo Recipe on Experimental Diaketic Rat Model

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi-yangyin-huayu-tongluo recipe on experimental diabetic rats.Methods Diabetic models were induced by high fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of 30mg/kg STZ.Succeeful rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,and Yiqi-yangyin-huayu-tongluo recipe treated group.The study lasted for 20 weeks.During the treatment,the volume of water,weight of diet,volume of urinary,weight of body,and blood glucose levels were detected regularly.Results Among 22 rats,17 succeeded,the successful ratio was 77.27%.Compared with control guoup,rats in model group drunk more,ate more,urinated more,decreased more body weight,and fasting blood glucose increased notabely(P<0.05).Yiqi-yangyin-huayu-tongluo recipe lessened rats’ drunk volume,ate diet,urinated volume,body weight decrease,and fasting blood glucose.Along with treated time ahead,efficacy becameclear gradually.Conclusion High fat diet and low dose STZ ip can repulicate experimental diabetic rat model,Yiqi-yangyin-huayu-tongluo recipe has a positive effect.
