紫外分光光度法测定鞣酸软膏中鞣酸的含量

摘    要:目的通过紫外分光光度法测定鞣酸软膏中鞣酸含量的试验,为提高其质量标准提供参考。方法采用紫外分光光度法在检测波长为275nm测定鞣酸的含量。结果鞣酸在0.006-0.021mg·ml^-1范围内浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,n=6);低、中、高3种剂量的平均回收率分别为101.4%,100.3%,99.9%;RSD分别为0.77%,1.32%,059%。结论本实验方法简便、快速,可为建立鞣酸软膏的质量控制的方法提供一定参考。

Abstract:Objective The UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of tannic acid ointment of tannin contents in the test, in or- der to improve the quality standards for reference. Methods The ultraviolet spectrophotometry in the detection wavelength was 275 nm determi- nation of tannin content. Results Tannic acid is in 0. 006 - 0. 02ling · ml^-1 range concentration and absorbance was a good linear relationship ( r = 0. 9997, n = 6) ; low, middle and high, in 3 doses of the average recoveries were 101.4%, 100.3%, 99. 9% ; RSD were 0. 77%, 1.32%, 0. 59%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, the establishment of tannic acid ointment methods provide a reference for quality control.
