穴位按压预防眼底荧光血管造影术中主观不良反应

目的 探讨按压相关穴位对预防眼底荧光血管造影术中发生主观不良反应(恶心、呕吐、心悸)的作用.方法 将接受眼底荧光血管造影术的120例患者随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组嘱病人分别在接受造影剂敏试过程中交替按压双手内关穴和在造影过程中按压膻中穴;对照组不进行中医穴位按压.结果 实验组60例中发生恶心者2例(3.33%),呕吐者0例,心悸者0例;对照组发生恶心者9例(15%),呕吐者1例(1.67%),心悸者5例(8.33%).2组的发生率有显著差异(P＜0.05).实验组中发生恶心的平均持续时间为10.2秒;对照组为41.7秒,2组有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论 按压中医相关穴位对眼底荧光血管造影术中发生主观不良反应有一定的预防作用,并可有效减少恶心的持续时间及程度.

The Chinese Acupressure on Prevention of Fundus Fluoresce in Angiography Subjective Effects of Adverse reactions

Objective To study the Chinese related press points on the prevention of fundus fluorescein angiography in place of subjective adverse effects(nausea,vomiting,palpitations)effects.Methods 120 patients who accept the fundus fluorescein angiography were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Instruct patients in the experimental group receiving contrast agent sensitivity test alternately pressing his hands during the Neiguan and press in the imaging process Tanzhong;control group without Chinese acupressure.Results The 60 patients in nausea and 2 cases(3.33%),vomiting 0 cases,palpitations are 0 cases;control nausea in 9 cases(15%),vomiting in 1 case(1.67%), palpitations in 5 cases(8.33%).The incidence of the two groups significant difference P<0.05.Nausea occurred in the experimental group the average duration of 10.2 seconds;the control group and 41.7 seconds,two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Pressing the relevant points of traditional Chinese medicine fundus fluorescein angiography subjective adverse reactions occurred in a certain preventive effect,can effectively reduce the duration and degree of nausea.
