中西医结合治疗老年性痴呆41例疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗老年性痴呆的临床疗效.方法将59例老年性痴呆患者随机分为2组.治疗组41例采用中医辨证论治合抗精神病西药治疗,对照组18例单纯中医辨证论治.对比2组治疗前后长谷川评定量表（HDS）评分,并观察临床疗效.结果治疗组总有效率为92.18%,对照组为22.22%,2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;2组治疗后HDS评分与本组治疗前比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,2组治疗后比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论中西医结合治疗老年性痴呆疗效良好,但应注意抗精神病药物副作用.

Clicinical study of combination traditional chinese medicine with western medicine therapy on senile dementia

Objective To observe the effect of combination traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine on patients with senile dementia. Methods 41 patients with senile dementia in the treatment group were treated with differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and anti-psychotic agents. 18 patients in control group were only treated with differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. The therapeutic course was eight weeks in both groups. The therapeutic effect was estimated by HDS. The HDS grades were observed before and after the treatment. Results There was a significant difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups (P<0.05), but there was obvious side effect in the treatment group. There was a significant difference of HDS grades in both groups before and after treatment (P<0.01). There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment. Conclusion Combination traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine therapy has a good effect on patients with senile dementia.
