益肺增智汤配合针刺治疗血管性痴呆45例临床观察

目的观察益肺增智汤配合针刺治疗血管性痴呆（VD）的临床疗效。方法将90例血管性痴呆患者随机分为2组。治疗组45例采用益肺增智汤配合针刺治疗，对照组45例采用阿米三嗪萝巴新片（都可喜）30mg，每日2次口服，同时予胞二磷胆碱O．5g，每日1次静脉滴注。2组均30d为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察疗效，并应用简易智能量表（MMSE）、长谷川痴呆量表（HDS）、日常生活能力量表（ADL）及痰瘀闭阻型主要症状的积分变化进行检测评估，测定治疗前后血、尿常规及肝肾功能检查及毒副反应进行安全性考察。结果治疗组总有效率88．9％，对照组总有效率64．4％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗后MMSE、HDS及ADL积分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组治疗后MMSE、HDS及ADL差值积分比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组中医证候疗效总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论益肺增智汤配合针刺治疗VD疗效显著。

Observation of combination of Yifei Zengzhi decoction and acupuncture-therapy on vascular dementia

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Yifei Zengzhi decoction and acupuncture - therapy on vascular dementia （VD）. Methods 90 patients with VD were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group （ n = 45 ） were treated by combination of Yifei Zengzhi decoction and acupuncture - therapy. Patients in control group （ n = 45） were treated by oral administration of Raubasine ＋ Almitrine, 30mg, twice a day and intervenous drop infusion of Citicoline, 0. 5 g, once a day. The course was 30 days in two groups. The effect was evaluated by MMSE, HDS, ADL and changes of phlegm - blood - stasis syndrome scores after a course. Routine indexes of blood and urine, Hepatic and renal function and toxic - and side - effect were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （88.9%） was higher than that in control group （64.4%, P 〈 0.05）. MMSE, HDS, ADL and changes of phlegm - blood - stasis syndrome scores after treatment were significantly improved in comparison with those before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was obvious differences between two groups on MMSE, HDS and changes of phlegm - blood - stasis syndrome scores after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Combination of Yifei Zengzhi decoction and acupuncture - therapy has significant effect on the treatment of vascular dementia.
