注射用灯盏花素治疗血管性痴呆34例

目的观察注射用灯盏花素治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将68例血管性痴呆患者随机分为2组,治疗组34例,注射用灯盏花素50 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL,每日1次静脉滴注。对照组34例,用吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液8 g加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL,每日1次静脉滴注。2组均治疗2周后停药1周,5周为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后智力障碍程度、肢体功能及中医证候疗效的变化。结果 2组治疗后,智力障碍程度和肢体功能变化比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。结论注射用灯盏花素治疗血管性痴呆患者有效好的疗效。
