陈玉超教授辨治癌因性疲乏

陈玉超教授以中医"虚劳"理论为指导提出癌因性疲乏的病机以本虚为主,邪实为标。其本虚多归为心、肝、脾、肾的不足,标实则与气滞血瘀、络脉不通密切相关。脾虚毒蕴是其发病的起始,阴虚肝郁、心神暗耗是其加重的关键,肾精亏损是其缠绵难愈的根本,正虚失调,久病入络,气血瘀滞,形成本虚标实的复杂证候。治疗当以补宜为主,辨证采用益气健脾、养阴柔肝、养心安神、填补肾精的治疗法则,标实者可配合应用理气化瘀法并结合症状进一步化裁。对于慢性消耗性的疾病治疗不可急于求功,选方用药多采用性情平和之品,治疗当小攻小补,补大于攻,贵在坚持。
