| 摘 要： | 急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)西医治疗包括硝酸脂、β受体阻滞剂、他汀及ACEI类,也包括溶栓、抗血小板和抗凝及介入治疗。胸痹病机为本虚标实,在阴、阳、气、血亏虚或心、脾、肝、肾诸脏亏虚基础上,兼有气滞、血瘀、痰浊、寒凝等阻于心脉,使心脉不通,心血瘀阻,不通则痛;临床多虚实夹杂;利用中药多靶点、多环节、全方位特点遣方用药,清热解毒、活血化瘀、温阳活血、益气养阴、健脾化湿、祛风通络,改善临床症状,提高生存率,降低病死率。

| Abstract: | Western medicine of acute coronary syndrome （ acs ）, including nitrate ester, beta blockers, statin and ACEI.and thrombolysis, antiplatelet, anticoagulant and PCI. Pathogenesis of chest impediment is based on the Yin, Yang, qi, Blood deficiency or heart, spleen, liver and kidney deficiency, At the same time also have Qi stagnation.Blood stasis and phlegm turbidity, cold congealing .These will lesd to the resistance in heart arteries and veins, making blood stasis resistance and causing pain.Traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） has the characteristics of multiple targets, link.comprehensive, clearing heat-toxin , promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, warming yang for activating blood circulation, benefiting qi for nourishing yin, invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness , dispelling pathogenic wind and dredging channels to improve the clinical symptoms, improve the survival rate, reduce the case fatality rate. |
