温胆汤加味治疗痰热扰心型失眠33例

目的]观察温胆汤加味治疗痰热扰心型失眠疗效。方法]将66例门诊病例随机分为两组。治疗组33例使用温胆汤加味,对照组33例使用舒乐安定、维生素B1、谷维素等,30d进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组总有效率为90.91%,复发率为28.00%;对照组总有效率为54.55%,复发率为68.00%。治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]温胆汤加味治疗痰热扰心型失眠疗效确切。

Wendan Decoction Modified 33 Cases of Insomnia Heart-shaped Disturbance

Objective] Wendan Decoction Modified heart-shaped disturbance phlegm heat treatment of insomnia patients.Method] phlegm disturbance 66 cases of heart-shaped insomnia patients analyzed by Wilcoxon test grade data were divided into two treatment groups using Wendan Decoction Modified 33 patients treated,control group 33 cases symptomatic treatment with conventional western medicine.Results] The total effective rate was 90.9%,follow-up recurrence rate was 28%;the control group,the total effective rate was 51.6%,follow-up recurrence rate was 68%.Treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion] Wendan Decoction Modified heart-shaped disturbance phlegm heat treatment of insomnia is effective.
