| 摘 要： | 近年研究发现,糖尿病患者中冻结肩发病率显著增高,而冻结肩患者中亦有较高比例的糖尿病患者,但是其发病机制尚无定论。文章对冻结肩的病因分析、病理特点、糖尿病微血管病变对冻结肩发病的影响以及临床、实验研究现状做以概要性的介绍。

| Abstract: | Recent studies have found that the incidence of frozen shoulder in patients with diabetes was significantly higher,and patients with frozen shoulder have a higher proportion of diabetic patients,but its pathogenesis has not been determined.In this paper,we resumptively introduce the cause and pathology of frozen shoulder,diabetic microangiopathy on the effects of frozen shoulder,and the current situation of clinical and experimental research. |
