癌因性疲乏中医辨证治疗概述

文章主要总结了现代医家对癌因性疲乏(CRF)辨证治疗的经验,现代中医医家认为CRF属于中医"虚劳"范畴,辨证多以虚证及虚实夹杂为主,疾病的发病部位多与肝、脾、肾等密切相关,虚证为本,往往兼夹瘀、痰、湿、热的表现,结合文献发现辨证以虚证为主的医家认为主要是肝、脾、肾亏虚,治疗以补益为主,脾胃虚弱则健脾益气,脾肾阳虚则温补脾肾,肝脾不调则调补肝脾。而辨证为虚实夹杂的往往认为以肝郁脾虚,气滞血瘀;脾肾亏损,痰瘀互结;精气两亏,湿热中阻为主。治疗补益为主,兼顾实证,肝郁脾虚则疏肝健脾,痰瘀则理气化瘀,湿热则清热利湿。为癌因性疲乏治疗提供依据,进一步提高患者的生活质量。

This paper mainly summarized the modern physicians for cancer-related fatigue syndrome differentiation treatment experience.Modern TCM doctors believe that cancer-related fatigue belongs to the category of‘consumptive disease’of traditional Chinese medicine,and the syndrome differentiation is mainly based on deficiency syndrome and mixture of deficiency and excess.The position of the disease is closely related to the liver,spleen,kidney,and so on.The deficiency syndrome is the basis,often with the performance of stastic blood,dampness and heat.Combined with the literature of the physicians,it is found that mainly deficiency syndrome mainly tend to the disorders of liver,spleen and kidney.The treatment is given priority to with tonifying the spleen,invigorating spleen and replenishing qi when the spleen and stomach are weak,warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney due to spleen and spleen yang deficiency,and regulating and reinforcing the liver and spleen when the liver and spleen are not adjusted.And syndrome differentiation for deficiency and excess is often considered to be stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis.Spleen and kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis or essence and qi deficiency,dampness and heat resistance mainly,treatment and benefit mainly,give attention to the excess syndrome,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency is dispersing stagnated liver qi and invigorating spleen,phlegm and blood stasis is regulating qi and removing blood stasis,dampness and heat is clearing heat and promoting dampness.We hope to provide the basis for the treatment of cancer related fatigue and further improve the quality of life of patients.
