| 摘 要： | 将78例牙周炎患者辨证分为胃火上蒸型、肾阴亏虚型、气血两虚型,分别用清胃泻火消肿止痛方、六味地黄丸加减以及十全大补汤加减治疗,同时,与西药甲硝唑治疗的40例作疗效比较。结果：中药治疗总有效率为87．18％,停药后3月－1年随访无复发,西药治疗总有效率为70．00％,两者比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。

Treatment of Periodontitis on Syndrome Differentiation in 78 Cases |

| Abstract: | Seventy eight cases(treatment group)of periodontitis were differentiated into upflaming of stomach fire syndrome,kidney yin deficiency syndrome and qi blood deficiency syndrome,and treated by"stomach fire clearing decoction","Liuwei Dihuang Pill"and "Shiquan Dabu Decoction"respectively;and another 40 cases were treated with Metronidazole as control.Results:The total effective rate was 87 18% in treatment group(with no relapse in the survey three months to one year later),and 70 00% in the control group,with a great difference between the two groups, P <0 05. |
