| 摘 要： | 目的观察乌灵胶囊治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法将100例失眠症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（各50例），分别口服芷乌灵胶囊和安定片治疗，疗程4周。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量量表（PSQI）、睡眠障碍量表（SDRS）的评分变化．结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为94．0％和64．0％（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组PSQI、SDRS评分均明显降低（P〈0．05），且治疗组低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论乌灵胶囊治疗失眠症疗效确切。
