| 摘 要： | 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎属于祖国医学中"鼻渊"的范畴,为耳鼻咽喉科的常见病、多发病。西药短时间内可缓解慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者症状,但药物副反应不可避免。近年来中医外治法在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗方面取得了一定进展,多种外治法如中药熏蒸、冲洗、超声雾化、塞鼻、滴鼻、喷鼻、针刺、灸法等效果明显,有广阔的发展前景。本文旨在综述慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的多种外治法,以供临床参考。

| Abstract: | Chronic rhinosinusitis is a commom and frequently-occurring disease which is attached "nasosinusitis" in TCM. The western medicine can relieve the symptoms of chronic rhinosinusitis in a short time,but the side effects are inevitable. The external method of TCM in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis has made some progress in recent years. Many external treatments work well,such as Chinese medicine fumigation,rinsing,ultrasonic atomization,nasal plug,nasal drip,nasal spray,acupuncture,moxibustion theray,etc. which is obvious,and has broad prospects for development. The purpose of this article is to review a variety of external treatments for chronic rhinosinusitis for clinical reference. |
