不同治法对激素性股骨头坏死血液流变学及血脂影响的实验研究

目的：比较不同治法对激素性股骨头坏死的防治效果。方法：实验动物激素造模，分别喂服活血化瘀、渗湿化痰和补肾壮骨中药或自来水，6周处死取材，制作HE病理切片，测定血液粘度和血脂含量，进行分析比较。结果：激素组见血液粘度和血脂升高，骨小梁细疏、断裂，髓腔脂肪细胞增大，骨细胞变性坏死；活血化瘀组上述病变明显减轻，渗湿化痰组和补肾壮骨组不显著。结论：活血化瘀中药可对抗激素的作用，有效防治股骨头的坏死。

Experimental Study on Hemorrheology and Blood Lipid of Different Approaches to Prevent and Treat Glucocorticoid-induced Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

Objective:To compare the effects of three different approaches to prevent and treat glucocorticoid induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.Methods:The experimental model animals were made with hydroxyprednisone.The different groups animals were given herb of drugs of activating blood removing stasis,dissipating dampness expelling phlegm, reinforceing kidney strengthen bone or water. All of the rabbits were killed 6 weeks after baseline for the research material.Through the observition and analysis indexes of slice pathomorphology of bone,hemorrheology, blood viscosity and content of blood lipid,we got the best preventing and treating effect among three different approaches. Results:In the model group,the blood viscosity and content of blood lipid were increased,the bone trabeculas were small and rare or fragmentational,the size and the amont of the medullary cavity lipocytes were increased, and the bone cells were denaturative and necrotic.The pothologic changes of above mentioned in the group of drugs of activating blood removing stasis were distinct lightened,and the pothologic changes of above mentioned in the groups of herb drugs of dissipating dampness expelling phlegm and reinforceing kidney strengthen bone were inproved lessen.Conclusions:The herb drugs of activating blood removing stasis can confronte the side effect of glucocorticoid,and effective to prevent and treat avaseular necrosis of femorl head.
