中药保留灌肠联合中医特色护理对溃疡性结肠炎患者焦虑抑郁护理研究

目的:探讨中药保留灌肠联合中医特色护理改善溃疡性结肠炎患者焦虑抑郁的效果。方法:将溃疡性结肠炎患者94例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各47例,对照组给予中药保留灌肠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医特色护理,对比干预的效果。结果:在出院时,2组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均降低(P<0.05),观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗效果优于对照组(Z=2.201,P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用中药保留灌肠联合中医特色护理干预溃疡性结肠炎患者,可以改善患者的焦虑与抑郁的情绪,提升治疗效果,减少住院时间,增加护理满意度。

Nursing Study of Retention Enema with Chinese Herbal Medicine Combined with Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing for Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:To discuss the improving effect of retention enema with Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for anxiety and depression in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods:A total of 94 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 47 cases in each group. The control group was given retention enema with Chinese medicine, and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine characteristic nursing. The effect of intervention was compared. Results: At discharge, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) as well as Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05). The curative effect in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(Z=2.201,P<0.05). The hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The intervention of retention enema with Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine characteristic nursing for patients with ulcerative colitis can relieve their anxiety and depression,improve curative effect,shorten hospitalization time and increase nursing satisfaction.
