| 摘 要： | 目的：观察穴位注射治疗尖锐湿疣的远期疗效。方法：150例患者在用CO2激光消除疣体后，随机分为卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射组、肌肉注射组、空白对照组，对其复发率进行观察比较。结果：卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射组治疗3月后的复发率明显低于其他2组（P＜0．01）。结论：穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸对防止尖锐湿疣的复发有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To oberserve the long-term curative effect of acupoint injection(AI) for pointed condyloma (PC).Methods:150 cases of PC with warts eliminated by CO2 laser were allocated to 3 groups:Group A treated by AI of BCG-nucleopolysaccharide (BCG-N),Group B by intramuscular injection of BCG-N,and Group C as blank control.The recurrence rate was observed.Results:The recurrence rate after 3 months of treatment was markedly lower in Group A than in other 2 groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion:AI of BCG-N possesses a good effect for the prevention and treatment of PC recurrence. |
